Werner has over 25 years of leadership experience across automotive, aerospace, and defense, with a global background spanning the United States, Asia, and Europe. He is currently Executive Officer and Executive Fellow at Pioneer Electronics, and previously held multiple executive leadership roles at Continental AG from 2007 to 2022. In 2023, he also served as Chief Performance Officer at TTTech AG.
